'Evolving a Pokemon may or may not require an item but regardless of that this is the place to make it official! And don't get me started on using your cool items you won and/or bought. You can be sure to let us know you used them here as well.'

This is where you come for both Evolution and Item Usage purposes. When you are ready to evolve a Pokemon or use an Item, please post the appropriate form below.

Please remember that we have a "Rule of 10" implemented along with a no-editing rule, meaning that any receipt that exceeds over ten forms on a single comment or that has been edited, will promptly be denied. You will have to submit a new receipt in order for it to be confirmed. Thank you!

Please note, to change a Pokemon's gender you can do that yourself in your inventory on PKMNation.com by clicking the pink and blue arrows. You MUST own a Gender Stone in order for the switch to work. Once used, the item will automatically be removed from your inventory.

Receipts do not need to be made for items used in clutches or on trails. These items will automatically be removed when your clutch/trail is rolled.

Do NOT update your reference sheet to the new evolution until a moderator confirms your receipt. Your design has not been accepted yet so it shouldn't be officially changed until it has been confirmed.

IMPORTANT: Your Pokemon MUST be the appropriate level to evolve prior to the drawn/written piece. This means that your Level Log must add up to the correct level for the next stage of Evolution. If your Pokemon does not meet the requirements, your evolution receipt will be denied and you will not receive levels for the drawn evolution(s) since your Pokemon could not move onto the next stage(s).
